At Anushka Jain Jewellery, we strive to ensure your handcrafted pieces bring you joy; however, if you are not entirely satisfied, we offer a seamless 7-day return and exchange policy for all unworn items. Please ensure that all original packaging and certificates are intact to qualify for a full refund or replacement.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal or email our support team with your order number and photos of the item within 7 days of delivery.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the jewellery back in its original Anushka Jain signature box and include all authentication cards to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Pickup & Inspection

  Our courier partner will schedule a reverse pickup from your address, after which our quality control team will inspect the item for its original condition.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once approved, your refund will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
